Deputy Business Ombudsman Jamshid Urunov has met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Finland to Uzbekistan Ilkka Räisänen.

Mr. Jamshid Urunov told the guests about the activities of the Business Ombudsman in Uzbekistan and his role in establishing a favorable business policy in the country.

In turn, Ambassador Ilkka Räisänen proposed strengthening mutually beneficial relations between Uzbekistan and Finland in the textile industry, agriculture, dairy production, and the IT industry.

The parties also discussed the prospects for protecting and promoting the rights and interests of Uzbekistan and Finnish entrepreneurs in the territories of the two countries.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed on cooperation.
