Delegation of Uzbekistan led by the Minister of Water Resources Shavkat Hamraev will visit the Federal Republic of Brazil on March 18-23, 2018.

The program of the visit includes participation in the Eighth World Water Forum, which is the largest global platform for the exchange of experiences in sustainable development and water resources management, and formation of a global agenda in this sphere.

Following the results of the forum, it is envisaged to adopt a Ministerial Declaration with an appeal to the international community and national governments for taking comprehensive measures on ensuring equal access to water and careful management of water resources.
