A delegation led by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Uzbekistan József Rózsa arrived in Namangan region.
The Regional Hokim Shavkat Abdurazzokov informed the guests about the reforms carried out in recent years in all areas, the business atmosphere formed in the region, and the flower festival, which has become the hallmark of Namangan.
In turn, the Ambassador spoke warmly about the region and its potential and noted that friendly relations between the heads of the two states take mutually beneficial cooperation to a qualitatively new level.
A dialogue took place on attracting foreign investment to the region and strengthening ties between entrepreneurs, which will be discussed at the upcoming Uzbekistan – Hungary Business Forum in Tashkent.
Ambassador József Rózsa, expressing gratitude for the sincere welcome and Uzbek hospitality, announced mandatory participation in the upcoming 63rd International Flower Festival in Namangan.
Representatives of Hungary visited Fazman Textile LLC. This company specializes in the production of sewing products that meet European standards. The cost of this project is $40 million. After connecting all capacities, 3 thousand new jobs will be created.
Ambassador József Rózsa, getting acquainted with the enterprise’s activities, said that he would consider issues related to methods of mutually beneficial cooperation.
In Davlatabad district, the delegation visited the Art Soft Cluster holding company. Guests were informed about the production volume, types of products, and the manufacturing process and were introduced to product samples presented in the showroom.
