Delegates from Farghona Region elected to attend UzLiDeP’s congress

Large-scale reforms being implemented in the country have strengthened inter-party competition and have raised the effectiveness of a mechanism for creating equal conditions for political parties.
All the necessary conditions have been created for voters to freely express their will. As a result, citizens’ especially young people’s feeling of involvement in the democratic changes being made in the country is growing.
The party’s regional council has 617 primary organizations uniting more than 17 thousand members, and it is widely propagating programme goals and tasks. Emphasizing that the forthcoming elections are of important significance to the country’s development, special attention is being paid to further stepping up pre-election campaigning and propagation work to ensure the party’s worthy participation in this political process.
“The regional council is making intense preparations for the elections of President to take place in conformity with the Constitution and national legislation as well as universally-recognized international norms. To raise the population’s political culture, to strengthen their active civic position, to protect the interests of the party’s voters and to expand the party’s ranks with politically mature young people who have initiative and confidence about the party’s ideas are the regional’s council’s priority areas,” says the chairman of the regional council of the Uzbekistan Liberal Democratic Party, Rahmatillo Kamolov.
