Most of the newly infected were registered in the capital (441), Tashkent (103), Fergana (74) and Samarkand (52) regions.

The death of 2 patients from COVID-19 was officially confirmed (a total of 1581 deaths).

According to the Ministry of Health, 457 people infected with coronavirus recovered during the day (211,731 since the beginning of the pandemic).
