A training seminar entitled “Culture of dialogue is an important factor in working with families” has been conducted for citizens’ gatherings’ advisers for religious enlightenment and moral-behavioural education issues.

The event was held by the Women’s Committee of the Republic of Qoraqalpoghiston in cooperation with the Mahalla public charity foundation’s department in the Republic of Qoraqalpoghiston. The event was attended by citizens’ gatherings’ advisers for religious enlightenment and moral-behavioural education issues, women, girls and journalists.

Z.Ibrohimova, chairperson of the the Women’s Committee of the Republic of Qoraqalpoghiston and deputy chairperson of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Qoraqalpoghiston; H.Elmuratov, the chief of the Mahalla public charity foundation’s department in the Republic of Qoraqalpoghiston; and others said that the Year of Dialogue with the People and Human Interests state programme is of important significance to initiating an open dialogue with the population and strengthening the people’s trust in the state’s government.

Under the leadership of the President, special attention is being given to conducting constant dialogue with people in localities and using modern mechanisms and effective methods for resolving their problems. In this work, along with state departments, public organizations and self-governing bodies are also participating actively.

During the seminar, there was discussion about efforts to further improve the work of citizens’ gatherings’ advisers for religious enlightenment and moral-behavioural education issues in ensuring a healthy and morally stable environment in neighbourhoods. Speeches were heard on the significance of advisers’ culture of dialogue in doing effective work with families and on raising the culture of dialogue of advisers and active women.

“At the event, we enriched our knowledge about constantly studying people’s legitimate requirements and needs, initiatives and thoughts and about effective work organization on the basis of an open dialogue with the population,” says N.Satullayeva, advisers for religious enlightenment and moral-behavioural education issues of the “Gulzor” neighbourhood citizens’ gathering in the town of Nukus.
