COVID-19 situation worsens in Uzbekistan

The coronavirus situation has started worsening in Uzbekistan as the country reported 604 confirmed cases of the virus during the last 24 hours.

These days the situation with coronavirus in the world is becoming more complicated. The new omicron strain is causing serious problems in several countries.

As of January 11, 2022, the number of coronavirus infected in Uzbekistan has reached 201,759. 

197,475 (+167) people have fully recovered from the virus.

Unfortunately, in recent days, the number of cases in Uzbekistan has begun to increase again. The omicron variant case was confirmed in Uzbekistan. Therefore, the Ministry of Health asks all the people in the country to be fully vaccinated against the disease, strictly adhering to the rules of quarantine, drawing the right conclusions from the pandemic situation in the world.
