According to the Uzbekneftegaz press service, the corruption risk management system implemented in the company in line with the requirements of the international standard ISO 37001:2016 has successfully passed its latest audit.
During the audit, mechanisms for identifying, assessing, and mitigating corruption risks within the company, as well as internal control systems and employees’ compliance with ethical and moral standards, were thoroughly reviewed. As a result, the system was confirmed to be in full compliance with international standards, and the validity of the certificate was extended.
The introduction of this system at Uzbekneftegaz JSC contributes to greater transparency and accountability in the company’s operations, as well as to the overall improvement of the business environment. At the same time, this process is recognized as a crucial step toward enhancing the quality of corporate governance and aligning it with international standards.
