In accordance with the Presidential Resolution “On approval of the international treaty”, an agreement on cooperation in higher education and scientific research was signed between the governments of Uzbekistan and Qatar.

The agreement was signed in Samarkand. The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been appointed responsible for the implementation. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as heads of relevant ministries and agencies, will monitor the implementation of provisions of this international agreement.
