Director of the Anti-Corruption Agency Akmal Burkhanov met with experts from JICA.

Measures for the launch and implementation of the technical assistance project “Supporting anti-corruption measures to improve the investment climate” for 2024-2025, which will combat corruption in cooperation between the Agency and JICA, were considered.

This project provides interaction to prevent corruption in public procurement and raise public awareness in the fight against corruption.

At a meeting with a JICA expert, the Director of the Center for International Cooperation, of Japan’s University of Paramadina, Professor Eiji Oyamada, an agreement was reached to organize experience exchange courses, training workshops, and other joint events for employees of the Agency and other departments in anti-corruption.
