Uzbekistan and the United States are actively developing cooperation in agriculture, implementing bilateral initiatives and new projects.

Acting Minister of Agriculture Jamshid Abduzuhurov met with CNFA representatives.

The implementation of joint projects to combat climate change, ensure food security, and use the U.S. experience in Uzbekistan were discussed.

As the Ministry of Agriculture notes, this American organization presented several methods for storing food products, introducing water-saving technologies, and packaging agricultural products that are advisable to use in the implementation of projects.

The parties agreed to develop proposals aimed at combating climate change.
