Tashkent hosted a meeting between the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Davron Vakhabov and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Slovak Republic to Uzbekistan Viktor Borecky.

The parties discussed current issues of cooperation and the investment potential of the two countries, as well as prospects for further development of mutually beneficial ties in the chemical, textile, electrical and food industries. Views were exchanged on the need for planning joint events and intensifying mutual visits of business circles of the two countries.
