Paris hosted the French Healthcare Innovation and Business Forum.

Uzbekistan delegation also actively participated in the forum with the participation of over 300 representatives of the medical field from more than 30 countries. It included officials from the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan, heads of republican specialized medical centers, regional health departments, and medical higher education institutions.

According to the ministry, members of the delegation met with representatives of industrial enterprises, clinics, higher education institutions, research centers, consulting firms, and medical service companies in France. More than ten memorandums and contracts were signed on developing medicine, improving the system of personnel training and medical education, supplying medical equipment and products, digitalization of the field, and cooperation in the pharmaceutical industry.

Talks were held with the Deputy Head of European and International Affairs of the French Ministry of Health and Prevention, Jerome Weinbach, on the implementation of agreements previously reached between the ministries of the two countries and the issues of holding the Uzbekistan-France Health Week in Uzbekistan.
