The Hokim of Jizzakh region E. Soliyev received a delegation led by the Deputy secretary of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee, Secretary of the Commission for Political and Legal Affairs of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee of the People’s Republic of China, Shen Danyang.

The guests, who visited Jizzakh region for the first time, were informed about the region’s potential. The broad opportunities created by the leaders of Uzbekistan and China, the existing benefits, the main drivers of the region’s development, free economic zones and areas in which investments can and should be attracted were noted.

The head of the delegation Shen Danyang expressed gratitude for the reception and noted that the primary purpose of the visit is to strengthen friendship and cooperation between Jizzakh region and Hainan province. It was emphasized that the presentation, which demonstrated the region’s potential, made a deep impression on the guests.

Following the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Jizzakh region and Hainan province.
