The Committee for the Roads hosted a meeting with the German company Papenburg delegation, one of the world leaders in manufacturing asphalt concrete mixtures and road construction.

During the dialogue, Jamshid Tursunov, Chairman of the Committee for the Roads, and Guenter Papenburg, head of the Papenburg construction company, discussed cooperation between the two countries in road construction, the production of road building materials according to German standards, and further plans for implementing road work.

Also, considering that the further development of the industry in Uzbekistan is directly related to training comprehensively developed personnel, an agreement was reached on creating a separate educational institution that will train specialists for the road sector as a solution to the problem.

During the negotiations, agreements were reached on training qualified specialists based on German educational standards in cooperation with the Papenburg company and on the involvement of international experts in this process.
