Cooperation in training personnel for judicial-legal system
A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Higher School of Judges under the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Higher Military Customs Institute, University of World Economy and Diplomacy and Tashkent State University of Law.
A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Higher School of Judges under the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Higher Military Customs Institute, University of World Economy and Diplomacy and Tashkent State University of Law.
The goal of the Memorandum is to develop cooperation between the parties in conducting research aimed at improving the skills of employees of judicial system and public administration, internal affairs and customs authorities, training legal personnel, retraining candidates for senior positions, applying law in accordance with priority areas of science and technology, and improving the efficiency of judicial practice.
Special attention will be paid to such areas as involvement of professor-teachers and qualified specialists in research work, preparation of textbooks, monographs, textbooks, as well as scientific articles and theses on current legal topics. Regular exchange of information will be carried out on achievements and innovations in the sphere.
Open lessons and master classes will also be organized with involvement of professors and teachers, specialists, listeners and students of universities that signed the Memorandum. It is also planned to hold conferences, workshops, roundtable discussions and other scientific-practical events aimed at improving the skills of employees of state administration, internal affairs and customs services, training legal personnel and solving topical problems in judicial-legal system.
The Memorandum also provides for possibility of using the results of scientific researches, including participation in scientific examination of published materials, preparation of reviews and conclusions, as well as the use of an information resource center.
