The tourism potential of the city of Shymkent was presented with the assistance of the Main Department of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of Tashkent City Hokimiyat.

According to the City Hokimiyat, the presentation was made by the Chief Specialist of the Tourism and External Relations Department of the city of Shymkent Azamat Nurimbetov. The participants got acquainted with pilgrimage tourism, gastronomic tourism, cafes and restaurants, conditions and benefits provided for entrepreneurs. 

The official part of the presentation ended with the signing of memorandums of cooperation between the Tourism and External Relations Department, tour operators of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.

The guests were shown a video “Hello, Tashkent”, which tells about the tourism potential of Uzbekistan’s capital.
