In recent years, cooperation between Uzbekistan and Türkiye in medicine has been consistently developing, and many joint projects are being implemented.

At the Bukhara State Medical Institute, a representative of the Turkish university, Dr. Kemalettin Aydın, discussed with the head of the regional health department, Elyor Oltiyev, issues of developing further cooperation, studying best practices, and organizing regular business trips.

An agreement was reached to improve the qualifications of specialists in Türkiye.
