More than 100 heads of higher education institutions, representatives of science, and heads of ministries and agencies took part in the Uzbekistan – China educational forum in Beijing.

As part of cooperation with representatives of Chinese universities, issues of academic mobility, student exchange, the introduction of artificial intelligence in education, teacher training, and the organization of internships were discussed.

The Vice-Rector of Tashkent State Transport University A. Gulyamov attended the forum and reached cooperation agreements with some education institutions, notably the Tianjin Maritime Vocational College.

According to the memorandum, the construction work of the Luban Workshop will be intensified. By the end of this year, it is planned to complete the creation of the laboratory and provide it with the necessary technical equipment. At the same time, it is planned to use Chinese experience in developing transport infrastructure.

A Memorandum of Cooperation with one of the leading higher education institutions in China – Tianjin Foreign Studies University – will also facilitate the exchange of experience for Tashkent State Transport University.

The memorandum provides for exchanging professors-teachers, scientific and administrative workers, students in related specialties, cooperation in scientific research, organization of joint scientific conferences and competitions, exchange of various educational and scientific materials, and academic data.
