Deputy Hokim – Head of Investments and Foreign Trade Department Sharof Rakhmanov met with a Turkish delegation led by Akkan Suver, President of the Marmara Group Strategic and Social Research Foundation.

Mr. Rakhmanov expressed gratitude for the visit and readiness to study and, if possible, support the proposals of the guests.

Mr. Akkan Suver, thanking for the time spent and the cordial, sincere welcome, separately noted the renewal processes in Tashkent and the hospitality of Uzbekistan people, mentioning the closeness of the cultures of our peoples.

He emphasized the effective participation of Uzbekistan in the 25th Eurasian Economic Summit in Istanbul in June this year and invited to participate in the next summit in March of next year.

At the meeting, the leadership of the medical company B&A GROUP and the I.H.F Health Consultancy proposed to establish cooperation in the organization, digitalization, management of medical institutions in Tashkent, noting the high demand of our population for medical services in oncology, transplantation and surgery in Türkiye. He also said that the company has the necessary capabilities and international experience in the development and implementation of turnkey medical projects.

The proposals of the guests are relevant and will undoubtedly be studied in detail for potential cooperation with the participation of officials from the Tashkent Health Department, the City Administration reports.
