At the event, a Memorandum was signed between the Committee on Interethnic Relations and Friendly Ties with Foreign Countries under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Rossotrudnichestvo agency.

On the same day, a regional conference was held on the activities of national cultural centers and friendship societies. Within the framework of the event, the visit of delegations that arrived in Uzbekistan from the Russian Federation and neighboring countries on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Russian National Cultural Center of Uzbekistan in Samarkand, Navoi, Fergana and Namangan regions is scheduled.
