Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis N.Ismoilov, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry A.Ikramov noted that at the initiative of the President of our country, profound reforms are being implemented on revising the existing approaches to supporting business, creating a new system of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of business entities, and that this agreement will become an important step towards further development of the sphere.

The decree of the Head of our state “On measures of radically improving the system of state protection of legitimate business interests and further development of entrepreneurial activity” of June 19, 2017 and the resolution “On improving the organization of activity of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan” opened a new stage in this work.

Main attention is paid to strengthening cooperation between legislative, judicial and executive authorities, as well as banking and financial organizations, other market infrastructure entities and NGOs.

At present, deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan are conducting dialogues with business entities in their constituencies, taking practical measures on resolving issues concerning them, as well as conducting activities on improving legislation in the sphere.

In accordance with the agreement, submission of conclusions on assessment of the impact of draft laws that are being developed in the sphere on entrepreneurial activity by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, is determined.
