The document provides for cooperation in development of ICT, conduction of innovative research for improving the quality of public services, promotion of e-government.

The parties will jointly develop ICT in the Republic of Uzbekistan by establishing scientific cooperation with international organizations in promising areas of ICT development. In addition, it is planned to conduct scientific-applied researches within the framework of projects on digital economy, “smart cities” and innovation infrastructure.
