The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan plans to hold the first meeting of Uzbekistan – Japan joint working group on cooperation in the field of agriculture and cooperation exchange on June 26, at Tashkent State Agrarian University.

As reported by the Press Service of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, the Japanese delegation will be headed by Deputy Director of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Osamu Hashiramoto. The delegation includes representatives of Japanese agricultural companies, as well as representatives of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).
