Representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan met with the Director General of the Japan Institute of International Affairs Tomiko Ichikawa to discuss the development of cooperation.

At the meeting, it was noted with satisfaction about the established cooperation between Uzbekistan and JIIA, in particular, the conduction of joint events with the participation of Uzbekistan and Japanese experts.

An agreement was reached on enhancing collaboration between JIIA and leading analytical centers of Uzbekistan, including the participation of Japanese experts in international conferences in Uzbekistan, including via videoconference.
