11:21 / 2026-01-23

With the support of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Warsaw, a visit to Poland was organized for Dilshod Rasulov, Assistant to the Hokim of Tashkent region.

During the visit, a meeting was held with Lucjan Zwolak, Deputy Director General of the Polish National Support Centre for Agriculture.

The parties exchanged views on expanding cooperation in the agro-industrial sector, implementing joint projects, and improving logistics chains. Practical opportunities of the logistics center allocated for Uzbekistan were reviewed. This infrastructure plays an essential role in ensuring the prompt and efficient supply of Uzbek agricultural products to the markets of the European Union.

As part of the visit, meetings were also organized with the heads of Impel Group, Liderzy Nieruchomosci, Dreyzac, Brigante, and Yoshi Innovation, operating in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. Issues related to the stable generation of electricity from gas in remote regions of the country, the introduction of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in agriculture, and the construction of modern medical clinics were discussed in detail.

Following the talks, an agreement was reached to organize a business mission by Polish companies to Uzbekistan in February, to strengthen practical cooperation, review investment projects on-site, and develop concrete proposals.
