President of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier and the foreign ministers of the Central Asian countries gathered in Berlin.

Special attention was paid to expanding trade-economic and investment cooperation, strengthening the transport and transit chain, and implementing joint energy projects.

The participants approved the coordination of actions to combat glacier melting in the region and other measures to combat climate change.

President of Germany confirmed his interest in strengthening multi-vector cooperation in the Central Asia – Germany format.
