The final stage of a contest of children’s pictures entitled “Kamalak jilosi” has taken place in Tashkent’s photography house.

This traditional contest among pupils of children’s homes, conducted by the international charity foundation “Soghlom avlod uchun” (For a healthy generation), the Ministry of Public Education and the Academy of Arts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the republican children’s public fund “Sen yolghiz emassan” (You are not alone), helps to develop the younger generation’s spirituality.

1.5 thousand pupils of children’s homes in the country participated in the contest.

Depictions of sincere and pure feelings of children and the beauty of their native country’s nature leave bright impressions on viewers.

At the conclusion of the contest, 12 winners were determined in age categories of 4-10 and 11-16 years of age in the areas of visual and applied arts. The winners were awarded diplomas and memorable gifts.
