Consultations with the National Security Bureau of Poland

The Secretary of State, the Head of the National Security Bureau of Poland Paweł Soloch has arrived in Uzbekistan.

On September 14, Tashkent hosted the regular consultations of the Security Council under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the National Security Bureau of Poland.

Paweł Soloch conveyed the sincere gratitude of the President of Poland Andrzej Duda to the leadership of Uzbekistan for their comprehensive assistance in organizing the evacuation of Polish and other foreign citizens from Afghanistan.

The parties discussed the current situation and prospects for cooperation between Uzbekistan and Poland in security.

A roadmap for the development of cooperation in security in 2021-2022, a cooperation plan for 2021-2023 of the Security Council under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the National Security Bureau of Poland, a protocol on the results of bilateral consultations were signed following the event.

The Polish delegation held meetings at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defense and the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies.

The guests also visited the Roman Catholic Church in Tashkent, laid wreaths at the monument to General of the Polish Army Władysław Anders.
