In January-March 2024, 4.8 trillion UZS of construction work was completed in the Republic of Uzbekistan on individual housing construction and it increased by 21.2% compared to January-March 2023.

According to the Statistics Agency, the volume of construction work performed on individual housing construction amounted to 15.5% of the total volume of construction work performed by all types of enterprises and organizations.
