According to the Association of Building Materials Industry Enterprises of Uzbekistan, there are 178 companies in Uzbekistan with the participation of Azerbaijani capital, including 63 joint ventures and 115 with 100% foreign capital.

The partnership between the two countries in the production of building materials is increasing, which is reflected in the increase in demand for these products manufactured in Uzbekistan.

In 2021, construction materials worth $3.9 million were exported to Azerbaijan. In particular, ceramic tiles, basalt fiber, PVC profiles, dry building mixes were supplied. In January-March this year, exports of products amounted to $1.2 million.
