The event, organized within the framework of propaganda project of Andijan Regional Association of Trade Unions Organizations, was attended by professors of higher education institutions, chairmen of primary trade union committees, students.

Participants were informed about activities carried out by trade unions on establishing public control over improvement of quality and efficiency of education in higher education institutions, payment of trade union scholarship to students, ensuring graduates’ employment, protection of their labor, promoting implementation of innovative ideas and developments of graduates, organization of recreational activities.

It was noted that special attention is being paid to increasing socio-political activity of youth, strengthening their ideological immunity against alien ideas, assistance in realization of their capabilities and potential.
