Uzbekistan is actively preparing for early presidential elections. Thus, in the 2nd Andijan constituency, all processes related to elections are held based on the current legislation and established rules.

8393 candidates recommended as members of the commissions of 928 polling stations were studied. The composition of the commissions was approved by the decision of the district election commission and announced in the press.

Precinct election commissions include representatives of civil society institutions, state and non-state organizations with specific experience in an election campaign and possessing legal knowledge.

92 percent of members of precinct commissions are citizens who participated in previous elections and gained some experience in the process. 81.1 percent of members in the commissions have higher education, and 17.3 percent have specialized secondary education.
