The quality and effectiveness of educational work in preschool education institutions, the modern conditions created in them and a healthy atmosphere play an important role in the upbringing and development of children.

An important issue is improving the qualifications of teachers. Therefore, the main attention is paid to the exchange of experience. Minister of Preschool Education Agrippina Shin and Director of the KOICA Office in Uzbekistan, Pak Sunjin, discussed the creation of a Complex Retraining Center and a state preschool educational institution of the Korean model in Tashkent. The project is planned to be implemented in 2021-2026 with a grant from Korea for $11 million. The center will train and retrain teachers and methodologists of preschool education institutions.
