Voting is also taking place in the precincts holding the referendum organized by the diplomatic and other representative offices of the Republic of Uzbekistan in foreign countries.

The 35th referendum precinct set up at the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Novosibirsk is crowded with our compatriots. They are actively participating in the referendum process and expressing their will.

All conditions for voters have been created in the polling station.

“While studying abroad, we pay attention to every process in our country”, says Islambek Ismailov, a graduate student of Novosibirsk State Technical University. The renewed Constitution is especially important as a guarantee of our prosperous life. I got acquainted with all the amendments and additions to it. Today I expressed my decision by voting.
