The International Sambo Federation (FIAS) has published an updated rating for seven combat sambo weight categories, based on athletes’ results in 2024-2025.

This rating includes eight sambo wrestlers from Uzbekistan. Sokhibjon Khasanboev, a member of the Uzbekistan national team, was recognized as the world’s strongest sambo wrestler in the -88 kg weight category.

Lutfulla Saidmatov, Oybek Soliyev, Sukhrob Ergashev, Ozodbek Murotov, Islom Nosirov, Beknazar Turakulov, and Khakimjon Ismailov also entered the world’s TOP 10 in their weight categories and achieved decent results at international combat sambo tournaments.
