Members of a research group led by the Associate Director for International Students Affairs of the North China University of Technology Xu Mei arrived in Andijan.

Chinese specialists are studying the results of initial theoretical studies defined at the intermediate stage of the project “Research and AI Energy System Using Renewable Energy Sources Based on Big Data” implemented in Andijan under China’s National Ar-ge Research and Development Program.

The Rector of Andijan Machine-Building Institute Umidjon Turdialiyev met with members of the scientific group.

The parties discussed the results, achievements, and shortcomings of research work, project preparation, and other issues within the framework of a Memorandum of Cooperation.

Two higher education institutions of Uzbekistan and China exchanged views on further enhancing cooperation, exchange of mutual experience, and joint implementation of international grant projects in education and production.

After the meeting, the Chinese partners got acquainted with the conditions created at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics and Electrotechnology, in the physical laboratory and with the work carried out within the framework of the joint project.

The parties noted mutual interest in strengthening joint work.
