An info tour was organized in the Republic of Karakalpakstan for tourism companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Members of the delegation visited several noteworthy places, such as the historical complex Mizdakhan in Khojeyli district, the open-air museum of ships in Muynak district, the pilgrimage complex of Suleiman Bakyrgani (Khakimota), and the State Museum of Arts of the Republic of Karakalpakstan named after Igor Savitsky in Nukus.

Today Uzbekistan is visited by travelers from the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Russia, China, Japan, India, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and many others. Complete and effective use of the tourism potential of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, prompt resolution of problems with the transport and logistics infrastructure, and the use of available resources and opportunities will create additional conditions for business entities operating in tourism.

At the meeting, entrepreneurs of Karakalpakstan and Kazakhstan exchanged views on establishing cooperation, developing tourist routes, and increasing the flow of tourists.
