Collaboration between Central Asian countries in higher education enhances

The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation hosted an international conference dedicated to improving dialogue and cooperation between Central Asian countries in higher education.

At the event, proposals were made to increase the potential of teachers, intensifying work to enhance scientific collaboration and improve infrastructure, regional interaction in higher education, and the unification of regions and internal regional actions in this area.

The Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ibrohim Abdurakhmonov spoke about the results achieved in ensuring equality for all and openness of higher education in the country, expanding the coverage of youth in higher education, strengthening the material and technical base of education institutions, ensuring transparency of the admission process into the higher education system and improving the quality of education.

At the conference, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan Nurbek Sayasat, the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan Rasul Abazbek, the Minister of Education and Science of Tajikistan Rahim Hamro Saidzade made reports on reforms and international cooperation carried out in recent years in higher education.

Opinions were expressed on further strengthening close cooperation between the higher education systems of Central Asian countries.
