The Public Service Development Agency under the President, allows personnel to enhance their qualifications abroad and study best practices.

The Agency has established interaction with the Presidential Human Resources Office under the President of the Republic of Türkiye. As part of this cooperation, a group of civil servants from Uzbekistan improve their qualifications in Türkiye.

The internship program, which is open to responsible employees of the Agency, the Cabinet of Ministers, ministries, and agencies, is a comprehensive learning experience. It is designed to acquaint them with the digital projects and innovative solutions that Türkiye has successfully implemented in the management and development of human resources.

During the internship, participants exchange experiences in applying modern digital solutions in the sphere. Methods of adapting new employees to the civil service are studied. The program also includes familiarization with the activities of the human resources management departments of the ministries and agencies of Türkiye.
