Representatives of the Presidential Administration, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Public Service Development Agency, and the ministries of Uzbekistan visited the United Arab Emirates.

The Public Service Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan cooperates with the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources. Another internship program has been developed for civil servants of Uzbekistan in Dubai. They study UAE government best practices and develop evidence-based proposals for their implementation.

The UAE government’s human resources strategy, the system for maintaining a reserve of personnel and talented specialists, and the Bayanati system for human resource management will be introduced. In addition, the methodology for determining the Maturity Index of human resource management units in government organizations will be studied, and an action plan for its application in Uzbekistan will be developed.
