The event, organized by the Institute of Problems of Legislation and Parliamentary Studies under the Oliy Majlis in cooperation with German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), was attended by members of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, deputies, employees of the Institute, international experts, specialists of relevant ministries and organizations.

Participants focused on development of proposals for development of national legislation in citizens’ appeals and administrative procedures based on the best practices of Germany.

At the event, participants proposed to conduct large-scale explanatory work on improving legal literacy of the population to use judicial forms of protection of violated rights and legitimate interests of citizens.
