The 30th meeting of the Advisory Committee of the Heads of Legal Services of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the CIS member states has taken place under the Belarusian chairmanship, via videoconference.

According to the Foreign Ministry’s Treaty-Law Department, the meeting was attended by members of the Advisory Committee from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, as well as the CIS Executive Committee representatives.

The parties exchanged views on general issues of legal cooperation within the CIS, agreed on the draft Methodological Recommendations for the development of draft international treaties concluded within the CIS, as well as heard Russia’s information on the results of activities of the working group on the development of the Convention on the legal status of delegations sent to the CIS member states.
