Employees of CCTV-4 channel of Central Television of China are shooting a documentary film in Fergana region about the national values, traditions, handicrafts, and cultural heritage of Uzbekistan people.
A meeting with the staff of the TV channel was held at Fergana regional branch of the Creative Union of Journalists of Uzbekistan. Issues related to the search, processing and dissemination of information in the mass media of the two countries, the exchange of video information between Chinese television and television channels of Fergana region, correspondents in order to exchange experience were discussed at the meeting.

As it is noted in historical sources, more than 20 centuries ago, the Ambassador of the Emperor of China arrived in Fergana region. He left a record of the geography of the area, its nature, customs and traditions, crafts of people. To his homeland, he took the thoroughbred stallions, seeds and seedlings of grapes and walnut. By order of the emperor, these plants were adapted to the climate of China.

Chinese television workers filmed the places where the Ambassador visited. They were impressed by “Vodiy tulporlari” horse breeding complex in the city of Quvasai.
