Deputy Hokim of Tashkent Sharof Rakhmanov met with a delegation led by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of China’s CC7 Industries Long Haiyang.

Sharof Rakhmanov noted that CC7 Industries is a leader in the installation and operation of renewable energy sources, which he witnessed during the visit of Tashkent Hokimiyat representatives to China. In particular, he drew attention to the measures taken in Uzbekistan to save electricity by installing solar panels at various facilities, noted the importance of accelerating the installation of solar panels at 30 large enterprises in Tashkent based on an agreement with the company.

According to preliminary estimates, 100 MW panels will be installed on their roofs with an area of 747,000 square meters.

Long Haiyang noted the importance of cooperation with Uzbekistan. At the meeting, documentary and organizational issues related to the joint work were discussed.
