Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Uzbekistan Yu Jun visited Namangan region.

Namangan region’s Hokim Shavkat Abdurazzoqov met with the Ambassador.

The regional Hokim welcomed the guest and informed about the region’s investment potential. The Ambassador expressed his willingness to develop comprehensive relations.

During the dialogue, it was stressed that thanks to the friendly relations between the two countries’ leaders, cooperation between Uzbekistan and China has reached a new level in recent years. The visit of the President of Uzbekistan to the People’s Republic of China at the beginning of this year further strengthened this closeness.

The Ambassador became familiar with the construction of New Namangan town in Davlatabad district and the activities of several industrial enterprises.
