A delegation led by the Director of the Center for the Distribution of Literature and Information to Europe and Asia under the China Foreign Languages Publishing and Distribution Administration – “Jenmin Huabao” publishing house, Jiang Yungan, visited Uzbekistan National News Agency.

At the meeting, it was noted that the leaders of both countries are the main inspiration for relations between Uzbekistan and China to reach the current stage of rapid development, and in this process, cooperation in the media is developing year by year along with various directions.

Uzbekistan National News Agency has established cooperation with the 2 most advanced media of China – Xinhua News Agency and “Jenmin Jibao” newspaper based on the Memorandum of Understanding. Joint measures are being implemented with these partners in information and experience exchange, staff training, joint participation in various international conferences and other areas.

Mr. Jiang Yungan informed about the institution he heads. He emphasized that the organization is interested in cooperation with UzA.

 “Based on the requirements of the modern media space, in the future, we intend to pay special attention to the preparation and mutual exchange of quick, up-to-date official news and information in the form of video content, and to help each other in distributing materials through official pages and channels on social networks”, Mr. Jiang Yungan said.

Following the dialogue, the parties agreed to prepare a document providing for close cooperation.
