The Children's Clinic at Karakalpak Medical Institute is designed for 3,600 inpatient and 22,400 outpatient patients per year.

The clinic provides diagnostics and treatment of children with congenital and chronic diseases based on high technologies. There are departments of pediatric cardiac surgery, minimally invasive surgery, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, maxillofacial surgery, orthopedics and gynecology.
