The opening of the Charvak Gate International Hotel took place in Bostanlyk district.

This project has been a significant step toward developing tourism and hotel infrastructure in the highlands. It was implemented with the investment participation of the National Bank of Uzbekistan.

FT Hotels Group, considered Uzbekistan’s leading hotel company, has been involved in managing the complex.

The hotel comprises 131 rooms, with functional design and natural aesthetics harmonizing with the mountain scenery.

There is the restaurant “Daryo”, which has 130 seats and offers dishes from different nations; a lobby bar with drinks and light snacks; a Garden Bloom Spa – Finnish sauna, Turkish hammam, fitness room, and heated outdoor pool; areas for families with children – children’s playgrounds, karaoke, computer games, and entertainment.

Guests can also enjoy active recreation, a relaxed atmosphere, high-quality service, and a full range of amenities.

This is a modern international hotel. Licensing negotiations with the Wyndham Hotel Group, one of the largest hotel chains, have already been completed. As a result, the hotel will operate under the international Wyndham Garden trademark.

Investing in the future of tourism

According to the project initiators, Chorvoq Darvozasi (Charvak Gate) is an example of practical public-private sector cooperation. In turn, such investment projects implemented by the National Bank of Uzbekistan serve to develop domestic tourism, create jobs, and increase the flow of foreign tourists.

A double celebration

At the opening, apartment keys were handed over to the residents of the Chorvoq Darvozasi residential complex. A car raffle was also organized for apartment owners.

The Chorvoq Darvozasi residential complex is a ready-made project with a completed cadastre. The apartments will be renovated. You can move in, live, and invest.
