Charming landscapes of Motherland
Exhibition dedicated to the 25th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea and the 80th anniversary of the ethnic Koreans living in Uzbekistan is being held at the Central Exhibition Hall of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan.
Exhibition dedicated to the 25th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea and the 80th anniversary of the ethnic Koreans living in Uzbekistan is being held at the Central Exhibition Hall of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan.Representatives of diplomatic corps, art historians, artists and mass media workers were invited to the opening ceremony of the exhibition, organized by the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in our country and the Association of Korean Cultural Centers of Uzbekistan.
Chairman of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan A.Nuriddinov, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea Chung Sye-kyun, Honored worker of culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan Iskra Shin and others particularly noted that friendly relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea serve to strengthen mutual trust and mutually beneficial relations.
The Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, jointly with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Uzbekistan, organizes various exhibitions and projects.
This exhibition, organized within the framework of the “Korean Festival – 2017”, is dedicated to the creativity of our compatriots of Korean nationality – famous artists Nikolai Shin, Nikolai Pak, Anatoly Ligai, Alexander Lee, Iskra Shin, Lana Lim, Elena Lee, Vladimir Kim, Tatyana Lee, Svetlana Shin, Svetlana Tsoy.
About 150 fine art and graphic paintings are presented at the exhibition.
